There is no car but a bicycle or other metal object without a license plate for the camera

Check if the camera is twisted and try to point it properly if necessary. Apply a stop line if it occurs frequently

Camera takes too dark pictures

Setting in the LED board needs to be changed contact your installer

See if the green LED on the front flashes when a car is on the loop. If not, the led board will not work

The camera image is not sharp

License plate from unknown country

Make sure the camera has a clear view again. Clean the camera window

Because these license plates are not reflective, the camera cannot recognize them. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this
